Orange-Almond Frappe
Administrator Ingredients
- Orange juice 90 ml
- Sugar syrup 30 ml
- Fresh lime mix 15 ml
- Orgeat syrup 20 ml
- Cube ice 10 cubes
How to cook
- Add all ingredients except ice
- Blend for 5 seconds at slow speed
- Now add ice to it
- Cover the blender jar tightly
- Initially give a couple of flash blend to break the ice
- Blend over high speed for about 20 seconds
- Pour the drink into a tall Frappe glass
- Serve with a thick straw straw..

PRECAUTION
- The fruit has to be evenly cut
- There should be no ice cubes left in the drink, it should be smooth
- Always use cool ice and not warm ice..see bev training for reference.
- The drinks should be immidiately served to avoid melting.
